Exceptional packaging and quality. Only issue was it was never mentioned in any of the emails or shipment notices that I’d need to be there to sign for them. We were out of town moving my son back home after an internship when they called to say we needed to be there and were in our driveway. Had to call a family member to drive over. Other than that no issues.

Amazing quality mattress. Delivery is excellent. So comfortable. Highly recommend!!

The employees were very helpful but not in an offensive way.
