the shipping was as stated approx 2 weeks. was very easy to deal with customer service and the delivery company called and texted me about delivery. texted when they were a few minutes away and had a 4 hour window which was helpful. the delivery men were quick polite and cleaned all paper up couldn’t be happier with the white glove !

Great customer service and updates on delivery status. Delivery was on time, professional and quick. I appreciated the additional convenience of them taking my old mattress.
