Was great to receive my rug but made a mistake and bought an underside with the second purchase. Was difficult to return without wasting money so I had to keep it. Other than that, good company and am about to buy again from them. Rugs are really easy to clean.

Good company. Have two of their rugs already and about to get my third with the cushioned floor pad. Have a pet and these are so much easier to manage than regularly carpets.
