Because of an issue with threading I was offered a replacement for free. However there was an issue with customer service, who initially made me believe that I could have any design as a replacement, and then went back on their word and said that I could only have the same design as the one that had to be replaced. I appreciate this, however it was annoying to be led to think something else, as I spent a long time choosing a different design, only to be told later that I could not have it.
