I am extremely disappointed with

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this flower company. I placed an order well in advance, trusting that the flowers would arrive on the promised delivery date, only for them to arrive days late. This caused a lot of stress, as the flowers were intended for a special occasion, and their lateness completely ruined the surprise. The communication was poor, and I received no updates on the delay until after the fact. I expected a much higher level of service, especially considering the price. I won’t be ordering from here again and cannot recommend this company to anyone who needs timely delivery for special events.

I originally ordered the flowers

I originally ordered the flowers on the 10th of February, with two day priority mail shipping that I paid extra for. I did not receive them until after Valentine’s Day on the 15th. On top of that I reached out to their customer service multiple times throughout the process and still here on the 20th have yet to hear back. The product itself is beautiful but the lack of response is just not okay. My girlfriend was very annoyed and upset and as am I still!

Terrible. Paid extra for expedited

Terrible. Paid extra for expedited shipping. It came 2 days late. Reached out to customer service and they didn’t answer. Sent two emails and they replied days later with a 30% off coupon. Why would i order again when the first order didn’t even go well. The black velvet was nice but the roses are definitely not as fresh looking as other roses I’ve ordered. Some of them already appear to be dying.
