Delivered on wrong date, ruining surprise and the gift. Attempted to call and email company multiple times in response to their tracking emails clearly stating the wrong date. Never heard back from company or customer service. Unacceptable communication from company. Do. It order if you are trying to surprise anyone. They will take your money without issue and you will never hear from them.

Update website to not take expedited fees if not capable to promise. Have customer service return paid expedited fees if not capable. Stop using USPS and better Customer Service that does not ignore the customer.
