Not impressed

I was disappointed because I ordered orange flowers and the Recipient received red ones. Additionally, the letter that I wrote inside of the box that came with the flowers was incomplete, and the recipient did not know who the flowers came from. That was extremely frustrating! Nonetheless, the flowers were beautiful.

The roses are absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the delivery service they use is very disappointing.

Terrible delivery service. 4 days past scheduled delivery date is unacceptable
