Never received my order and I’m trying to get a refund. I’m not getting anywhere with them.

Terrible.

it’s now four days past Valentine’s Day my wife has still not received the roses that I ordered so I had to buy a different gift for her. I have no idea if the flowers look good as we have not received them. This is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had especially because of the high price of the flowers. I would not use this company ever again.

It’s been more than a week since I placed my order and the flowers still have yet to arrive. So far terrible experience.
