it’s been three days after Valentines and I still have not received my flowers. I ordered them a whole week ahead of time so they would be here and still have not received them. This is Tuesday. Valentines was Thursday and I still have not received.

I am very disappointed with your service, as a box of roses ordered for Valentine's Day delivery arrived four days early when my daughter was out of town. The flowers became unfresh when received. No one has replied to my refund request.
