I love my garden! Shipping of my garden was as expected, but shipping was delayed on my accessories and nutrients. It didn’t hurt my garden since I was ordering before I needed it, but still took much longer than initially estimated. I haven’t had problems to worry about, but customer service has always answered general questions within a business day. The Facebook group and videos have also been helpful to learn from and get questions answered.
