Upon ordering we were told

Upon ordering we were told our account was on hold. After investigation our Accounts Payable advised the previous invoice was paid in full in September 23. We sent the remittance advise to Rewards Accounts who responded with your account is now clear, and that was it, no explanation, no apology. This is not the first time this has happened.
