3 stars only for the lack of communication once the order left the building until I realised 7 business days later that it had not arrived at the drop off destination. But, 5 stars to the service staff who hunted down the parcel and solved the mystery. Excellent followup service.

Always a wait when picking up items from warehouse. Was going to be charged again last time for products pre paid. Delivery of order in items can take forever best to get a timeframe before ordering.
