Always a wait when picking up items from warehouse. Was going to be charged again last time for products pre paid. Delivery of order in items can take forever best to get a timeframe before ordering.

order was quick but the lids don't seem to match the cup

It took longer than anticipated for the delivery. Understandable if shipped from eastern states and not the Perth store.

I am still waiting for the order to be completed!
