It came without any operating instruction. I requested some but never received it. This should always be included when remote is shipped. I hope you can send me one.

Not returnable
I am sure the product is great but I ended up not using but cannot return it. I guess it's my fault not noticing. But I never even opened it and am stuck with it. It should be returnable if unopened.

Couldn’t find help to return one and get reimbursed. Customer service sucks
