Shipping time took longer than expected, and customer service did not answer

Extremely poor customer service.

It was not possible to connect with someone when I was trying to figure out if my choice was correct. I ordered it blindly. This was also true when I had a question after it arrived.

Waiting to hear from customer service to know where to send the cooling pads back to you. Sorry.
