Horrible Product Service and Return Policy

Bought these - thought they were the fabric covered ones like what came with the bed Our cats have ruined some of the original ones so I wanted to replace to give the bed a facelift. NOPE - plain metal AND this horrible company will not let me return them for no reason - even though they are still as they arrived, in the box. I now have a $160+ box of garbage. I would seriously rethink buying a bed from this company - there are plenty of other adjustable bed companies out there that support their customers after the fact and don't try to take advantage of you should you need parts/support down the road. Buy from them not from Reverie. I feel completely taken advantage of by this horrid company.

Wrong remote. No help from Reverie!

The wires remote I purchased to replace to one on my Mother's bed was wrong. The remote it was to replace looked the same but unfortunately it was a different wire harness. I looked through the website for returns but could not find a section for it. I emailed a support # for help but got no response. Originally wanted to exchange it for the proper replacement. But with no help from Reverie I had to fix my mother's bed a different way. And now I have a useless $100 remote sitting on my table praying someone will call or email me to help me return it. Very dissatisfied!

No refunds!

I tried to order a replacement remote; looked exactly the same as my current remote yet it doesn’t sync and there is limited descriptions about compatibility. After trying to return it several times I finally got an email back saying there are no returns or refunds. I don’t understand how that’s possible in this day and age and especially when such a specific remote order is needed.
