Wrong remote sent

This company is a complete joke when it comes to customer service. It is basically non existent! No one answers the phone and the only way to get through to get some help is an email with a 2 day response time. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Terrible

2 months and I still have not received my order or any updates on order status. Non-existant customer service. Reverie basically just stole my money. Good luck to any consumers who need Reverie's help. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The wrong sheets were shipped and I called and asked for help returning them and the person took my message and never called back.
