The control boxes for both beds stopped working within the first year. The company sent replacements but the replacements stopped working sense and are nolonger available.

i was unable to fix the problem with the new remote. I was able to level the bed by switching the head and foot plugs. It appears the foot plug is the problem. I would appreciate a technician calling me. as of now the bed is unplugged. 916-599-8743 Syd garfinkle
