matress buckles when adjustable base is left in the up possition

Adjustable bed controller was not returnable, even though its extremely short cord made is unusable without the extension I was forced to buy.

The replacement remote works well, but the cord is way too short. The cord is stretched to its max to be at the head of the bed while plugged into the bed control unit.

Remote does not pair after several attempts and AI bot guidance. Can’t get hold of a human, no email reply or phone call from company. Please call me ASAP!
