Tech installed new operating system for bed on Sunday 6/29/2025. I turned the light on last night and discovered that the light only lights up on the left side of the bed, so there must be a malfunction with the new operating system. Please tell me how you are going to resolve this matter.

The new remote doesn’t work. The app on my phone doesn’t work I have to sync it every time I need to use it.

Ordering was very easy but follow up customer service is not

The first motor went out in 90 days. Then the frame got stuck in the up position because the died, it was even 12 months old. What's worse is customer service stopped responding to emails and phone calls.

I will buy a new bed to replace this one as soon as I can.
