Light not working properly!

Tech installed new operating system for bed on Sunday 6/29/2025. I turned the light on last night and discovered that the light only lights up on the left side of the bed, so there must be a malfunction with the new operating system. Please tell me how you are going to resolve this matter.

DON'T BUY REVERIE

The first motor went out in 90 days. Then the frame got stuck in the up position because the died, it was even 12 months old. What's worse is customer service stopped responding to emails and phone calls.
