Customer Service diminishes overall satisfaction
Product has potential but overall experience with customer service overshadowed overall satisfaction. While it worked, my 9T was great, but then the Bluetooth control box began to fail. It took us over a year to resolve with me ultimately paying for a new control box. Shortly thereafter, my husband’s remote control failed and one of the lifts for his 9T began to leak. I’ve not heard back on my request for parts covered by warranty in a week (even though they say the SLA is 2-3 days).
