Too much money

The adjustable base is fine. However, one of our two mattresses is starting to become uncomfortable.

Difficult to talk to someone. Difficult to find out hour to replace the remote. This remote isn’t worth the price.

They were nice they sent me the links I needed however, the remote only solved one of my problems now the bed isn’t massaging any longer

We have a split bed and the massage is so noisy on one side that it can only be used at the lowest level and still it is quite disruptive.
