I placed my order with you on the 28th January 2015 . I was told 6 weeks !!!! I have had my outside furniture that I have had loads of problems with . I still have not received my indoor furniture ...... I have been told that it should arrive in this country on 25th June !!!!!!!!! if I'm lucky enough to receive it on or about 28th that will have been 6 MONTHS !!!!!

Rattan direct promised my order placed in February would be delivered in May. By June all items were still not in stock and wont be for months yet. If you cant fulfil your orders or even give a rough date of delivery you shouldnt do business. Cowboys!

very poor service damaged items received numerous failed delevies from Rattan not sending to delivery company, numerous calls and emails sent very poor communication and the worst customer satisfaction in my purchase lifetime
