i cancelled my order due to unacceptable delay in delivery - I was told it would arrive beginning of of May then end f May then end of June so I just gave up. What was particularly annoying was that I only got an update when I called you - you made no attempt to call me. Very disappointed.

We never actually received our furniture - we ordered and paid for it in January then were told it wouldn't be in stock until June!!!! I'm pleased to say that I demanded a refund and even more pleased to say that we are now using same priced ( Rattan Direct claim to be offering a hugely reduced in the Sale price!) but better furniture from Next - reliable next day delivery. I would actively encourage anyone from ordering from Rattan Direct!

Have been waiting on a sofa since before Christmas, to be told it will be here next month for definite. Have been in touch every month since and... Still waiting!!! Have rang to complain numerous times and asked that the Manager please ring me to discuss. Still waiting!!! Have never known service like it. Not happy at all..
