Delivery was wrong. Without the tap even though it was paid for, also there are only 2 candles slot even though we paid for 4 candles

Speed of water outlet from candles is very slow, it take complete day 24hrs to fill lower chamber. And the product which is delivered seems not new as it was having water marks on lid and chamber. Not happy with the product.

There is a problem The product not functioning properly. the tap not working, water doesn't flow even when the filter is full

Rama carbon candle I have received is lightly damage and it is uneven. Even after cleaning under the running tap so that water enters into the nozzle, black powder residue is left in the water where the candle is kept
