Carbon filter not working properly

Delivery was wrong. Without the tap even though it was paid for, also there are only 2 candles slot even though we paid for 4 candles

Speed of water outlet from candles is very slow, it take complete day 24hrs to fill lower chamber. And the product which is delivered seems not new as it was having water marks on lid and chamber. Not happy with the product.
