Hi, I have purchased carbon candles from your store. It is not holding water and upper part of the candle is empty in 5 to 10 min. . . I discussed with your team but not at all satisfied. I have returned your product and requested to initiate refund amount. I did not receive money. Please provide amount to original payment source asap.

The candle base is made of plastic and it is leaching into the water
