Great Product, On time delivery

Had glass jars with plastic painted with SS finish. These were flimsy and broke often. Have replaced these with Rama's perfect fitting SS 304 taps that work like a charm! Will be buying more.

received a week ego the packing and delivered condition is best. The product assesmbled with video support. Completed with cool. Only point is rubber seal which is inside the filter (at tap point)drum going to effect the filtered water or not is in question

Good for a family of 4 with kids

The product looks good so far. However, adding handles (possibly hinged) to the steel drums would make handling easier--especially for the top drum, which needs to be lifted to check the water level in the bottom drum when refilling.
