only issue is with overpricing

Product is good. And also the water quality. But I have a complain. With the spirit filter you have not provided any rubber washer. In the manual picture it has been mentioned. But actually in product there is no rubber washer. It needs 2 pair of rubber washer for 2 candles.

Shipping & Service good. But cost very high.

The filter was good, and the water also tastes good. Overall I’m satisfied with the product.
