Great support

Recently contacted puroair customer support after having my 240 air purifier showing a constant red light after getting back from a vacation where I had unplugged the device for a few days. Followed steps provided by support and it worked like a charm! Purifier back to normal functioning, thanks to the clear guidance from Celeste on the puro air support team!
