Thank you for replacing the unit after the cord was damaged. I would have been happy with just the cord but apparently it was unavailable as a separate item. Perhaps that is something that could be addressed. When I searched for a compatible cord I noticed that other manufacturers had separate cords but I couldn't find one compatible with PuroAir. Regardless, I am truly pleased with this product and appreciate the customer service I received when I contacted PuroAir.
