EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
First of all, let me say that the 2 PuroAir units I purchased in 2024 work wonderfully. Recently, the PuroAir 400's sensor turned red (bad air quality), but nothing in its environment had changed. In looking at the manual to troubleshoot I saw an email address if one needed help. My issue wasn't in the troubleshooting section, so I emailed PuroAir. Within minutes I had a detailed email of instructions for a possible fix. Voila! The unit reset itself and everything went back to normal. Thank you, Celeste, for the very quick response and resolve!!! This company is number 1 in my book!!!
