The air purifier has exceed expectations in that our sleep has been so much better since using it. My wife has allergies and would cough during the night. That has stopped since using the air purifier. We feel more rested upon waking in the morning. We purchased the 240 for the bedroom and the 400 for the rest of the house. The 240 had a little problem with noise and customer service quickly responded to my concern and determined it would be replaced. I was treated as a valued customer and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I cannot more highly recommend these products or the customer service I received from Puroair.
