Very awesome customer support!

Belia R was super fast to reply to my initial inquiry and provided very helpful suggestions for the minor issue I was experiencing that helped fix it! I had installed a new filter recently and was getting the red air quality light much more frequently (pretty much all the time), that I had been previously. She educated me about the air quality sensor and its location and how to clean that, and it completely fixed my problem! We were back to our normal green light. Very glad for the fast and efficient service. Love these products, have really noticed a difference in our home, thank you!! **FYI, I tried to rate Belia a 5 in the survey at the bottom of our email chain, too, but it wouldn’t let me submit! I want her to receive all the praise she deserves!**
