Excellent Customer Service
I was having a problem with my PuroAir Purifier in that the light would go from yellow to red (not to green). I contacted the company, they told me how to reset it. Unfortunately, the reset didn't work. After a few emails back and forth, they sent me a new one (after I supplied information/verification of the current air purifier). Problem was solved within 48 hours! THAT is excellent customer service!
