I received very little damage from the carrier. It just had indentation. The filters were not harmed. The filters are great.

The PuroAir team has been fantastic from the day our Purifier arrived. The product has performed well and the team has been quick to respond with set up and maintenance questions. Highly recommend the company from a product and support perspective.
