I order on December 31and have yet to receive my entire purchase. I ordered the Brew kit along with the carafe as an add on. I was only sent the carafe and the glass mug arriving Jan 10. Defeats the purpose of placing a single order when items come separately. At this point I can’t even make a cup of coffee bcus the dripper and diffuser haven’t arrived yet, and to top it off when the carafe arrived it did not come in the stylish pure over design box, but a random brown box instead this ultimately did not meet my expectation after spending $100!in these items

Never received the coffee so ordered with the starter set

This is a beautiful, inventive coffee pot system. However, my spouse found that the drip through was just too slow.

Can't get it right

The pots are pretty but too delicate. By the time the coffee drips through it’s no longer hot.
