Didn't care for the system - our other glass pour over is much more efficient. We used this 3 times and it's now in the cabinet

Extreme stalling even when I grind coarser. When I use the stirrer, so much sediment ends in the cup and doesn’t always resolve the problem. When I grind too coarse so it doesn’t stall, I have bad tasting coffee.

The glass handle of both the dripper and mug are extremely fragile. The handle broke while hand washing the dripper after first time using (I was handling the product gently during washing).

I just got my carafe and it’s missing the ceramic placement dish , so I didn’t wanna use it with out . I thought my selection came with the dark ceramic placement dish that woe\rjs like a coaster and retains heat to keep the coffee warmer longer . Please let me know if you can send one out asap .

THE GRINDS GET CLOGGED, THE DEVICE SEEMS EVEN MORE FRAGILE THAN I ANTICIPATED. I THINK I NEED TO CHANGE THE GRINDS FROM POUR OVER TO PURE OVER WHICH WOULD MAYBE NOT CLOG IF MORE COARSE A GRIND ? AS A RESULT OF THE CLOGGING, I CAN ONLY GET ONE CUP BEFORE THE DRIP STOPS.
