Brews are decent but transferring liquids from the base to other containers is a horrible experience

I wanted to love this but I don’t think I’m getting the coffee ratio or grind size right because I’ve had some really watered down disappointing coffee so far. And it gets cold by the time it’s done filtering, which is a problem with a normal pour over with a paper filter too, but I am able to put it on a but er to keep it warm, which I don’t seem to be able to do with this system.

Just okay. I switched coffee grounds and I’m waiting longer to pour through. Still getting quite a bit of grounds.

The cup handle broke after second use, left me with a couple deep cuts. Prior to that incident, I was really enjoying the experience

the aesthetic is great and so is the brew. The glass itself is very fragile. I broke my dripper by simply grabbing the handle. I'd like to see a stronger glass or better design for everyday use.
