Won’t replace my mug which broke quickly

I haven’t dealt with customer service to review them and shipping was as expected so neutral on both

No filter needed and the purity of glass is a phenomenal idea, and for the most part, it delivers. However, this brewer produces a somewhat dirty cup of coffee even in comparison to a French press. The glass is beautifully clear but fragile. The stir stick arrived broken and I was quickly sent a replacement. Not long after the handle on the dripper snapped off. I was did end up requesting a return which was a very simple process. I really wish I had a better experience because I was looking forward to this, but it is what it is.

Hi..You shipped me a small glass pitcher, not a coffee mug that was defective.

It works but I wish there were a metallic puck that had different sized holes so I don't have to brew the blackest coffee in the world.
