I was looking forward to

I was looking forward to receiving these beautiful pillowcases, and the two of four that I have received are beautiful and good quality. However, I have NOR RECEIVED half of my order that I PAID FOR. The text on the insert states that the contents are two of two, when it should have stated the contents were two of four. There is no mention that it was a partial fulfillment of the total order, that the remainder of the order is delayed, or that the remaining half of the order would be forthcoming. I am pretty disappointed in the lack of communication, poor customer service, and missing products. I ordered the products on August 13, 2025, and half of the order was received over a week ago with no communication about the missing products. . . and still no additional products have been received.

I placed a $1,100+ order

I placed a $1,100+ order a month ago and was promised delivery by May 15. It never arrived. FedEx shows only a shipping label created—nothing was ever actually shipped. After countless emails, broken promises, and blatant silence from customer service, I filed a formal dispute with my credit card provider. To add insult to injury, Promeed deleted my factual comment on their Facebook page warning others. Now they’ve had the nerve to send me this review request—asking how I like sheets I never received. This company operates like a textbook drop-shipping scam. Avoid Promeed at all costs. I’ll be reporting this experience to Trustpilot, Yelp, and any publication that promoted them.
