I never received my order

when I purchased the product it said expedited shipping. When I followed up after not receiving any information 3-4 days later. They told me that it was sent normal shipping "accidentally" and that there was nothing they could do. Instead of offering a way to rectify their mistake, they just said oh well sorry. To this day it's been over 2 weeks. I still have not gotten anything. I will be disputing this purchase as I have not received any product.
