The only reason for a 2 star and not zero star, is that someone reached out to help after several requests from me. But clearly the problem isn’t resolved, as I still don’t have my pillowcases. Very unfortunate and disappointing. Will go elsewhere next time.

I had writing on my 2 pink cases that doesn’t look good at all. Seems to be samples. Very disappointed!
