Terrible customer service

Awful

Bad service and eventually told that heater was damaged and no replacements available

Not a particularly fast delivery and the device doesn't deter mice at all

It was delivered to the wrong address and just left outside.Because it was left at a place where owners didn’t know us it was posted on a local Facebook page for all to see,not ideal!
