They shipped all pantry cabinets on one pallet. Cabinets were long and hung off each end of the pallet. Nothing was straight by the time it arrived. The doors were severely warped! Dado were cut too large, so there were many gaps in the plywood. No Instructions at all! so it took forever to figure out where the metal brackets needed to go. To add salt to injury the shipping company knocked corners off the cabinets, so chunks were missing.

Paid extra $ for 2 day expedited delivery of in-stock items and they did not ship out for 5 days. Simply irresponsible and poor customer service. The products are good but this completely negates the value especially after the thousands of dollars I already spent with them.

About 50% of my order arrived damaged. I requested a call from management, that never came. Poor quality control from distributor. I truely don’t feel comfortable ordering with expectations of a smooth trouble free process. Sadly may search for another company. Sad because the undamaged product is designed and appears quality

Terrible claim process and service in terms of any issue. We received damaged goods and have now been a week waiting to even find out when we will be receiving replacement pieces. Not to mention have had to push back our entire kitchen reno because of this.

Months and months of waiting and runaround with promises that were never upheld. Finally got the cabinets but honestly the customer service was horrible.
