Service on damaged cabinet door was awful will never buy again

Utterly unhelpful. I placed an order and it sent me confirmation with all the items I ordered. However, when the delivery came they had removed 2 whole cabinets from the list, making it appear as they had delivered everything, even though they still charged for the missing ones. No contact from the company whatsoever. I had to contact them myself to find out what was going on, only to find out they had gone out of stock and wouldn’t be delivered for another month! Set back my whole renovation. Everyone who works there except Cassie was utterly unhelpful.

We are a builder out of North Atlanta and just received our first 2 orders from Prime Cabinetry. There have been many issues with both orders. They seen to have an issue with their cabinet drawers being installed correctly. We opened many cabinets where the drawer fronts had fallen off. Their designer also made many mistakes with the design. We sent them our appliance specs and they still did not spec cabinets that accomodate our appliances. Getting them to correct these problems has been challenging to say the least. I will provide an update on this once I see how the final resolution pans out.... not super hopeful, and our projects are at a standstill waiting on them!

It was not an easy order. The items showed that they were in stock. Then they told me some items were on back order. I had to change color so I could get them. They charge me freight again. Still waiting on some pieces.
