The quality was good, and the service was outstanding. I just feel like I was ripped off with the sales tax. Everything I have seen says she should not have collected sales tax and I looked at prime cabinetry in the state of Tennessee and can’t find them registered

Didn’t get the broan vent fan with hood and was broken first time

As I said before, I’ve been waiting almost 6 weeks for Cabinets that I bought and paid for customer service has been very nice, but that doesn’t get me my Cabinets

Not very business friendly. Would not allow a simple change to a standard moulding order after the order was placed. First they said that the order was already in progress which later found out it wasn’t, so then they said no changes can be made after placing any order.
