Costly Slow customer service

Paid extra $ for 2 day expedited delivery of in-stock items and they did not ship out for 5 days. Simply irresponsible and poor customer service. The products are good but this completely negates the value especially after the thousands of dollars I already spent with them.

About 50% of my order

About 50% of my order arrived damaged. I requested a call from management, that never came. Poor quality control from distributor. I truely don’t feel comfortable ordering with expectations of a smooth trouble free process. Sadly may search for another company. Sad because the undamaged product is designed and appears quality

Terrible claim process and service

Terrible claim process and service in terms of any issue. We received damaged goods and have now been a week waiting to even find out when we will be receiving replacement pieces. Not to mention have had to push back our entire kitchen reno because of this.

Months and months of waiting

Months and months of waiting and runaround with promises that were never upheld. Finally got the cabinets but honestly the customer service was horrible.

very disappointed. incorrect cabinets were

very disappointed. incorrect cabinets were ordered by designer, then was made to pay taxes & shipping to get corrected cabinets. Designer quick to shift blame to customer. Designer never asks for appliance model numbers or what kind of sink was being used. When i would ask specifically about one of the appliances, she would reply with "that should work" without looking up spec's, for example a microwave drawer that she was unfamiliar with using and then we were left trying to butcher the cabinet to try and make it work.
