Website is great, cabinets are great, however every shipment I have received initially is damaged due to poor palletizing.

Material arrived in sad shape. unpacking revealed some damage, but too late for claim submission (4 days from receipt). installation instructions a bit vague for a beginner, but adequate for someone with common sense and some experience. Managed to complete project with some minor modifications and substitutions, and dumped the damaged pieces. Overall; successful completion, and end results.

Pins for the adjustable shelf are too small for the holes that were drilled. You bump the cabinet while you are trying to the shelf in, they just fall out. No predrilled holes for the guides and the drawers split when you put the screws in.

You guys didn’t deliver a part of my order were accusing me of having receiving it, which was not cool so might not buy from you again

The directions, both paper and video do not identify the way to assemble two door wall cabinets. Specifically they do not identify which side is the top side. I purchased two of the two door cabinets, I assembled them, mounted them on the wall and found the hole location for the door screws on the front frame were not the same. Both the video and the paper direction show two sets of holes on the frame, the frame on the cabinets had only one set of holes.
