Read the fine print!!! Damaged

Read the fine print!!! Damaged cabinet? Mine went into storage so the 14 days expired and I got no help! Ordered a cabinet wrong, oh, it’s over 30 days old so you can’t return it. Btw, two cabinets are going to cost you $300 to ship! I like the cabinets and wish it was a better experience. The fine print is so heavily in their favor that it’s beyond frustrating. And just so you know, they adhere to that fine print really well. Oh, we are sorry, but we are not going to do anything about it so….let’s get your replacement cabinets ordered! +$1000 on the project really quick

Items did not ship completed,

Items did not ship completed, even though theyl notified that the whole order was shipped and it did not. This caused a client issue. The customer service handled everything expeditiously. The missing items showed up damaged.

Good Product, Horrible Customer Service

Product is good, the cabinets are as advertised, great selection, but the problem is the customer service. The "design" took forever to get and was not really what I wanted. I ended up ordering from a design I did on my own. Cabinets came quickly which generally would be nice but when I am expecting them in 7-10 days it is difficult to plan when they come in 3-4. Everything was packaged well but there were some items with damage, I am guessing just simple manufacturing mistakes. I am still trying to get my claim processed. I think that their tactic is to take it slow and stall until I give up. Very Frustrating process.

Awful experience!

Right from the beginning my order has caused me grief. My “IN STOCK” items, with an estimated ship date of 2-3 weeks, were delayed to 8 weeks because the items were “OUT OF STOCK”, even after a personal phone call to assure that the delivery estimate of 2-3 weeks was accurate. When they finally did arrive 3 of the 13 RTA cabinets that I ordered came in the wrong color, assembled and damaged. Because these cabinets were shipped assembled we received them with broken drawers and with gouges from the broken pieces being tossed about. Because of the delay in shipping and trying to work within my contractors schedule we chose to install 2 of the base cabinets to not delay the countertop installation. We had to have our contractor repair the drawers and reface the ends to match the others the best we could. There was nothing we could do to repair the gouges that were in the body of the cabinet so those I will have to live with. I asked for a refund on these 2 cabinets and was only given 50% off which was about the cost of having the cabinets repaired and refaced on the ends, so really no compensation for repaired cabinets in the wrong color with gouged insides. We requested a replacement of the 3rd cabinet since it was a wall pantry and waiting for a replacement would not hold up our entire job. We received the replacement wall pantry within a few weeks and unfortunately it had a very large scratch (over a foot long ) on the exposed outer side. Someone had attempted to conceal the scratch with some tough up paint that really just made it worse and more obvious. Once again I hired a contractor to come assemble and install the pantry and contacted the claims dept with photos of the scratch. This morning I was informed that because my photos of the scratch were taken after the pantry was assembled and installed they could not prove the damage occurred prior to receipt, assembly and installation. I place my order and paid in full on January 11th, I received the last piece of the order on April 5th. My contractor came out an additional day ($$$), yesterday, to install the pantry, I wasn’t about to wait for an answer from Prime Cabinetry regarding the scratch before having him do the work I hired him again to do. So…..long story short I spent over $6k on my brand new kitchen cabinets and ended up with mismatched, repaired, gouged and scratched cabinetry with no real compensation 13 weeks later. BEWARE BEFORE YOU ORDER!! p.s…. they deducted my $15 sample discount from my 50% credit on the cabinets that were THE WRONG COLOR AND DAMAGED!!!!! How cheap can you get???

The designer didn't make the most or best use of the space. I have a 6in opening to a cabinet that is 27in wide. Disappointing.
