Prima Coffee

We ordered the Cafelat Robot Barista model. Great service from the ordering to the shipping. Love the Cafelat Robot as well and we are enjoying how easy it is to pull great shots from the start. Also being free from needing to be plugged in means we can enjoy great espresso anytime, anywhere, with or without being on the grid.

I've made several orders through Prima Coffee, and I'm impressed by their offerings and customer service. When I had an issues (that was my own fault), I was able to quickly and easily talk to a human who provided excellent service.

I was able to get my account tax exempt quickly since my account is a church account and I got my water filters quickly as well!

Purchasing my Timemore Sculptor from Prima was an excellent experience. Shipping was prompt and Prima customer service was very helpful during the purchase/shipping process.

Shipped quickly! No problems.
