Pool Fence DIY - Shopify

Overall, we're very pleased with the pool fence DIY. It was a custom installation that took me a little more time than expected, due to difficult instructions (and I'm fairly handy at these kind of things). The standard configurations of going around a pool are easy and straightforward. Ours was more of a Z-shaped pattern that went across the deck plus some grass/kiddie mulched- landscaping, that included a gate-entry and blocked off access to the pool. Customer service was pretty good but getting in touch outside regular business hours was pretty slow (e.g. the weekend). Having said all of that, we are very happy with the purchase and it gives us a peace of mind that our kids and dogs are more protected than before.

The fence was great but my order came extremely damaged from the shipping. Recommend the package be protected better in the future. Pool fence did replace all damaged parts.

Installation wasn’t bad and customer service was great before Christmas and New years. Just don’t try and install it over the holiday (like we did) because they all are off but only mention that shipping is stopped. It isn’t as easy to install in turf. The copper pipe recommendation one of their people recommended seems to work but hammering it in was hard. The mallet wasn’t strong enough for the dirt and the hammer was too damaging for the pipe. I bought a half price version from target and my wife and I did think their quality was better than Amazon type products. We shall see how it holds up I wish they would have turf installation videos. Also be aware when you order that the “how many turns” only refers to 90 degrees. It over ordered me posts and I didn’t realize it till I got the shipment.

The Fence is pretty good. The installation instruction need to be updated. In my instance, the manual says to drill a pilot hole to install the locking hooks, but there isn't a spot to drill the hole. I called service, no one answered, I left a message explaining my issue and a call back number. No one ever called back.

The product seems great but I am unable to install as I have some specific questions that are still unanswered. I have called the support line three times, left detailed messages and I still haven’t received a call back yet so we haven’t been able To start installation. Very frustrating. The questions have to do with how to tie the fence into my house at one end and how to tie the gate post into an existing fence at the other end. This is just an 18 foot straight line between house and existing fence. Any help would be most appreciated. Jennifer Crider 434-851-7974.
