Order arrived on time . One box had a hole and the hardware was missing. We emailed customer service and they promptly mailed us the missing hardware at no cost. I feel comfortable buying from companies with supportive customer service like this knowing that if I have an issue it will be resolved. The instructions were clear and the fencing is pretty stable. I feel safer having it up!

Great over concrete . Not the best on the lawn , but it gets the job done . I would still recommend this product .

Ordering was easy and Chris is a great help with any installation questions. You really cannot do without the drill guide. It's not the best by any means but it's a help. You do need at least a 16" bit. I bought a 14 and only got two inches of concrete drilled before stop. Other than that it's up, rather easy to install. self closing gate works perfectly. Thanks diy.

Overall very happy I went with this over paying thousands more for another solution. The only gripe I have is with the drill bit, it's junk. By the third hole the carbide was pretty much gone and the rounded tip was doing nothing but making dust. I ended up going to the box store and buying a rotary hammer drill and a good bit.

I ordered a drill template for the gate and fence sections not knowing the gate and each fence section comes with its own already. Also, I found using a 3” SS latch in the corners (found at box store) allows you to not have to re-drill/move the original mechanism location. I wish they had an adjustable latch mechanism in which the distance could be adjusted so you could dial in the tension on the fence. The directions were 3/10 since they referenced non-existing parts and had unhelpful pictures. I found the how-to/install videos on the website very helpful. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The drill guide was nice but there is considerable room between the inner diameter of the bearing and the outer diameter of the drill bit allowing the bit to slightly walk and allow for drilling inaccuracy. The product itself for the price can’t be beat! Very pleased with the end result especially considering the cost. I would purchase again and recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and removable fence that looks and works great! Not a diy for everyone but feasible for most.
