Overall, we are very happy with the fence. It was straightforward to install and looks great. We ran into an issue with one piece being bent on delivery, but Hunter from customer service responded promptly and got a replacement sent out asap. The 4/5 rating is because of difficulty leveling the gate, which we still have not resolved.

You won’t regret getting this fence. My husband set it up in one day. He said drilling the holes was the hardest part. 64 holes to be exact lol. There were a few back ordered parts that took a few weeks to come and that’s the only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5. The staff was very responsive and the installation videos were very helpful. I highly recommend this pool fence!

Customer service was very nice and helpful in helping me order the right set up for our pool fence. We hired our pool company to set up the fence and it looks great. There is a little slack in the netting possibly due to installation on a couple of the panels but it doesn’t bother me or impact the safety.

Easy to install alone. Definitely buy the drill guide. WORK ONE SECTION AT A TIME. There are places the instructions were not great but the videos on YouTube were very helpful. I do love the final product which keeps my grandsons safe.

The fence works perfectly!! I thought it would be sturdier but I may have bought a different version than the one I saw at my friend’s house. Hers fence attached to each pole with clips and was very strong. But for what a need during the winter this fence fit the bill. Thank you
